I took inspiration from my travels in Ireland. Using photographs from my trips, knowledge from places I visited or traveling lessons I learned, I created a short guide on How To travel in Ireland. The cover features a watercolor from the Cliffs of Moher and the zine title, which is styled to run along the edge of the landscape. For the inside of our How-to zines, I used only two sets of complementary colors. Editing my photos to be gray scale and adding layers of colored tints to them created a monochromatic look. The complementary colors I chose were also used to emphasize certain aspects of my text and create hierarchy throughout the zine.
